The much celebrated CLO in Imo state is to deceive Imolite. For those that dnt know ,it all started frm Ajenda and graduated to (LGR) local govt rep. Formed by Owele himself for his campaign posuit. At this same time Owele formed HAPURUM and now CLO. He appointed them and after getting what he wanted, he littered them for his selfish reasons. |
