Barrister Nwokorie Samuel Chinedu” from the floating “Legal World Chambers” who wrote to INEC the controversial letter of intent on behalf of his “clients” the African Peoples Congress (APC).[/caption]This morning, a team of crack investigative reporters from Osun Defender Newspapers and our Search Engine Consultants (SEO), dug out with forensic zeal and tore the mask from the face of evasive “masquerades” behind the phantom party, African Peoples Congress (APC), believed to be sponsored by PDP to thwart the merger and registration of the All Progressive Congress.

The picture above is that of the lawyer, one “Barrister Nwokorie Samuel Chinedu” from the floating “Legal World Chambers” who wrote to INEC the controversial letter of intent on behalf of his “clients” the African Peoples Congress (APC). Because of the exposure of the dirty game, the lawyer has switched off his two numbers: 08164257977 and 08053957522. Yesterday, he picked the phone when we called him but he was evasive and not forthcoming of if he was the Barrister Nwokorie Samuel Chinedu, he told us he would call us back and by 8.23 p.m. after so many un-returned calls (44 in all) he switched off his two phones and they are yet to be switched on as at this afternoon before we went to press.

The address on the letter-head— Suite 1007, Block B, Anbeez Plaza in Wuse Zone 5, also happened to be another mystery in the duplicitous game. A staff who pleaded anonymity told us outside the office that none of the members of two chambers that co-habit the office (IJEOMA DESTINY CHAMBERS and Maji-Emmanuel & Co) had any knowledge of either a third chamber by the name: “Legal World Chambers”, neither any partner that bears the name: “Barrister Nwokorie Samuel Chinedu”. The staff after we showed her the printed picture of Barrister Samuel Chinedu said he knew the face but was not a member of the either chamber, and was only a casual acquaintance of one of her principals. She said the drama is not uncommon with charge and bail lawyers who most times do not have a chamber but use the address of their friend’s chambers.

Meanwhile, the vociferous challenge mounted my APC spokespersons has driven the phantom APC to hastily provide “logistics” for the unveiling of a logo this morning in Abuja at a press conference.

Samuel who hailed from Owerri township in Imo State joined FACEBOOK on 11th October, 2008 had only 8 friends – all female, (Bibi Olukini, Chichi Ekpe, Beeorlah Mimi Julia Soyebo, Chibbie Raymnd Nonyizzle, Joy Jade Ikhialose Idomeh, Tenny Olowu, Chioma Kaycee Onyebuchi and Maurine Bayen) in 2008, but grew to 43 in 2009… His steady stream of friends have since grown to 462 as at yesterday 13th march 2013.

More news coming after the press conference.

Is he not a Nigerian?? Doesnt he have the right to register a political party with the name African Peoples Congress.

This article is just pathetic! Look at the small boy who outsmarted the whole gang of opposition politicians!
Yet they want us to believe that it is the PDP in Aso Rock that did it. If it were the PDP that registered the party, would the man in question be switching off his phone. No people. He would be lodging somewhere in Transcorp with the full protection of the billion dollar party that the PDP is.

Maybe the guy is just a patriot motivated by his desire to ensure that a Coup plotter(Buhari) that truncated our democracy does not get anywhere near Aso Rock.

I like the guys smart move. My advice to APC right now is that they should seek a negotiation with him and offer him a huge sum to change his party name. As it currently stands, he will win the case in any court of law subsisting on any part of the planet!!

Now there is a face to the fraud. Run, but you cannot hide. grin grin grin grin grin cheesy cheesy cheesy. Kudos to Osun Defender. How can INEC register a party with no known address? INEC is the joke here. This guy has successfully tattered its reputation ahead of the elections. INEC and JEGA look like big foo*ls.

The identity of the lawyer isn't necessary. The letter indicated that he wrote on behalf of his clients. He was only doing his job.
The so call APC didn't take out time to do their homework. They were busy making noise on the media, sharing appointment when they've not even won council election.
Let them keep digging and not look for a new acronym. Ye ye people.
They got small info from Facebook and they are busy praising themselves. grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

Is it now a criminal offence to register a political party in Nigeria?
Smh!

Meanwhile, the report stated:

"a team of crack investigative reporters from Osun Defender Newspapers and our Search Engine Consultants (SEO), dug out with forensic zealand tore the mask from the faceof evasive “masquerades” behind the phantom party, African Peoples Congress (APC)"

The services of that same "team of crack investigative reporters from Osun Defender Newspapers" is highly needed to investigate how N40billion monthly revenue of Lagos state is SHARED.

And what is the address of All Peoples Congress I may ask!! You guys are dictatorial. You apply certain rules to yourself and want certain rules to be applied to others. He registered African Peoples Congress and you call him a fraud?? How do you think. Is he not a free citizen And by the way, he is a lawyer reepresenting certain clients!

I dont expect you to know fraud when you see it. But can you ever get a bank account in Nigeria without a valid address For someone to fraudulently falisfy information on a document, makes that registration fradulent and null and void. Now, it has been proven that he gave a fake address and other fake information. Even denied himself and his affiliation when contacted with the numbers he put on the registration. This is outright fraud. If a person creates a program, and hackers infiltrate it. The creator takes responsibility and improves on the security system. This guy has committed fraud, he defrauded INEC and he has shown the weakness in their party registration process. INEC should take the blame and should be sued by APC. The guy should also be jailed for fraud on a government and legal document. His qualifications should also be revoked by the Nigerian Bar Association.

The fact that you equated fraud with competitiveness says a lot about you and your own corrupt mental and physical state of mind and capacity to be fraudulent and crooked.

Jega is a fraud and should end this CIRCUS OF SHAME by dissociating INEC from this faceless and fake APC. Buhari said PDP merged with INEC. Isn't that plausible now?

I thought INEC was the one that announced that APC should think of changing their name. Why are you accusing Buhari because an igbo man decided to commit dishonesty?

The guy didn't commit any crime at all. You can concieve a company name and still on the process of registering it while I overtook you and registered it before you do, I didn't commit any crime and will win you in any court of law and moreover the guy is only doing his job as a lawyer and the job is legal. Tinubu and co should unviel the face of those behind the registeration saga and not post a pic of a lawyer who is just doing his job and make noise about it. I won't be suprised if by the end of the wuru wuru there will be no merger because there will be no name for it and they will accuse PDP.

People are here talking of morality as if "them holy pass"!

Why not either the CPC, ACN or even APGA to forgo their name and adopt each others name.
Maybe, CPC members will de-register CPC and become ACN members visa versa if they so much love and trust themselves, they are simply power hungry and want to grab power by all means and go their separate ways afterwards.

BTW, let's wait and see what oga at the top will say about this!

This is getting really pathetic. All these All Peoples Congress Supporters here should be ashamed of themselves!
If a simple regular fellow, who you all claim is a charge and bail lawyer could outsmart the retinue of supposed seasoned professionals in the All People's Congress, then there is no way the same set of people would be capable of dealing with the very complex issues that bedevil this country.

What beats my fascination even more is the fact that the followers of the All Peoples Congress have resorted to whining like sissies instead of owning up to the failures of thier leaders and plotting better strategies to ward off any potential threat.

I am a Business/Entrepreneurial Development strategist and our primary focus is helping innovative products/solutions reach market in its readiest and finest form! One thing we do on a regular is to protect our ideas and strategies from potential snipping by competition. Everything from the product name, segment, branding or even the our potential market targets would be totally under lock from even very key partners and team members. Only those that should know usually do know.

If at this early stage all I hear is whinning, then APC doesnt even stand a chance in 2015! apc needs strategists and not whinners if it must as little as win more than the current 10 governorship states that its politicians currently control!
