The round of 22 games was concluded last Saturday and Sunday » with Kano Pillars still on top, despite loosing 0-3 in Akure. In the Week 23, Kano Pillars came back from a defeat in the last outing against Sunshine Stars to beat Rangers in a five goal thriller; The Sai Masu Gida won 3-2 The double header in Port harcourt went two way round for the teams involved: Dolphins compounded the relegation worries of Crown FC when they defeated the club 2-0, while Heartland pulled an away draw in the hands of Sharks Sunshine Stars could not continue on the 3-0 win run over Kano Pillars last Sunday as they fell 1-0 to Giwa in Jos Fed Cup champions and 2014 fianlist, Enyimba cruised to a 2-1 victory over their opponents from Warri Wolves. Second placed team Nasarawa Utd added to the worries of Bayelsa Utd as they looped 2 goals past the net of the boys from the creeks, who faniced a draw with the one goal, but yet did not get a point reward from the North-east. At the end of Week 23, Kano Pillars maintain the top spot with 40 points, followed by Nasarawa with 38 points, then Dolphins on 37 while Enyimba moved up to fourth on 36 points. The last four did not change however; Kaduna United is 17th on 17 points, 1 point below Rangers who occupy 16th. Bayelsa Utd , Crown FC and Nembe City occupy the 18th, 19th and 20th positions respectively |

taiocol: To win away is like a miracle, it happens once in a while. Were just lucky on our away trip to Aba. How many times have away teams won since this season, buh premier league dat just started has already gotten away wins. |
