Some realistic techniques can be taught to an adequately physically fit adult in 3 weeks. U don't have to be jet li to be able to protect urself from some level of assault. I don't subscribe to defense against weapons except ur life is explicitly on d line. And martial arts training can be much more fun than some other activities in camp jare. 1 Like |

You need @ least two and half years to be proficient in any martial arts and be able to use it in real life situations and I am talking about intense training! I did kung-fu in university for 4 years before I could be confident about my skills!!! |
