Samsung announced the Galaxy S4 with an Exynos 5 Octa
chipset, but what the presenters didn’t say during the
announcement is that a lot of countries will be getting the
Snapdragon 600 version instead. And it’s not just North
America either.

SamMobile has compiled a list that shows which country
gets which model. The I9500 is the non-LTE Exynos model
while the I9505 is the 4G-enabled Snapdragon model. It's
worth pointing out that some lucky countries are getting both.

There are too many question about the processor of Samsung’s
flagship model the Galaxy S 4. Samsung will bring the Galaxy S 4 in
the most European countries with the snapdragon version but some countries will get the Octa-Core version later! Below is a list of European countries which will get the Snapdragon 600 clocked at 1.9Ghz or get the Exynos 5 Octa-Core clocked at 1.6 Ghz. We will update the list if needed. This time we choose for Europe only, but we will add all countries later!

Even though LTE isn't yet in Nigeria,you wonder why Africa and most of Asia are getting the scaled down Snapdragon version which is estimated to be just $3 cheaper than the LTE variant
Also you must wonder why the same phone which cists $580 in America,costs $804 in the UK,$838 in Germany,$902 in Italy and $970 in Russia
