Hello, Am a final year student in a university in Nigeria I am presently developing a project where a need to implement OCR and i am seriously behind schedule. So like every other day, all i need do is to get my free library from google, but most of the once that i have been seeing aint free; So i don't know if any of u could just lend a hand to a brother.
