yeah, like the ibos started the coup business in the country killing other regions' leaders

whilst sparing theirs but then started bleating "pogrom" when they eventually received their comeuppance.

I think most of those pics of Aba are old ones; and the ones of Onitsha are definitely old (about 7 years old). Those two cities still have a way to go, but are much improved from what the OP is trying to portray here.

One thing i've noticed in this back-and-forth is that when anyone wants to have a dig at Igbos, they leave our relatively clean and tidy state capitals, and zero in on the commercial cities of Onitsha and Aba.....two cities that were on par with other cities like Kano and Lagos in the 50's and early 60's, but have been relegated to the back burner ever since while cities like Kano and Lagos have received federal funds through all sorts of legitimate and underhand means.....and who have benefited from national economic policies (by Hausa/Fulani/Yoruba led federal gov't) that have positioned them to be where they are today.

Also, concerning Aba; everyone can bear witness to the way Ndigbo have been scathing in their criticism of the present governor of Abia state, so it's not like they are sitting back and relaxing as if everything is ok in Abia state.

The attached youtube videos are of Umuahia; even though we criticise Orji a lot, one can notice that at least Umuahia is clean. My only issue with him concerning Umuahia and Aba is the way he constructs his roads.....he needs to borrow a leaf from Akpabio, Oshiomole and Chime:
