Please I need a phone engineer to help me solve my bb problem o.My Q5 went off last week when the battery level was around 67% and since then I av not been able to switch it on.It blinks red light anytime I try to switch it on.So,I did some findings on google and I read it dat I av to update or upgrade my bb os to 10.21.So I downloaded blackberry link and followed d steps but I was unable to update it cos my laptop was displaying 'checking for update even after 2hrs30mins.pls help me out o

if u BlackBerry Link is detecting d phone dt mean ur phone is still healthy download an autoloader of ur choice n run on it....ur phone will smile back alive

sideloading was how to install android apps before 10.2.1 if Ure on a higher os u probably won't need it

ur questions many sha.. i'll ansa it based on wat I've observed.
D only downside I've noticed since yesterday seems to be the battery nt lasting as long as 10.3.1.8.. as for general operations it's been fluid.. I didn't use the nondestructive method jst my normal autoloader style due to my credit finishing, cnt upload any screen shots right now bt if ur looking for check from page 232 upwards u'll find some pasted by @bluepearl and some others including the link to download the autoloader for z10 stl1... as for the price and location to get a new battery, I've got no idea... hope I've. Tried

it's the network strength of your location that's causing it.. it's constantly searching for a stable or more suitable frequency to enable communication... wats ur OS sef, it cld b ur on a much later radio, most updates improve the radio reception.. I stand to be corrected
