my 2go and 1mobile app does not connect too but they work when u are using a wifi connection

I tried to reload/update my Q5 dat is not booting with an autoloader.after connecting it with an autoloader and entering my password,my phone displayed "uploading RAM Image 0*8023A1DC) ######## 100 ####### ).for over two hours now,it is still displaying d same thing.any idea wat d problem is pls?

2 hours? Autoloaders are usually very fast, mine takes 20 mins tops. Emmmm, is the green light on your Q5 showing?

its me again, now i guess the worst has happened.
I did a backup up of my z10 in other to get ready for the reload. I finally did the reload and the green light came up. Now on a bberror.com/bb10-0015 has been coming up since yesterday. To complicate issues, my phone isnt being detected by the pc link. The red light comes up and blackberry letter comes up and it goes off again, the cycle continues.

Again, I cant seem to download the autoloader, been trying since Monday

Whats the way out?

NO.d autoloader is not detecting my bb.I had to press d power on button for ten seconds for the autoloader to connect to my phone

Are you sure you installed the correct autoloader?.. pls post a screen shot if you can... I suspect you have to install just the radio file to fix it.

If the green light isn't showing when it's connected to the autoloader, that autoloader ain't doing any work on your phone.

Others should help on this but I don't think I'm wrong.

1, ur password might be restricting connection
2, if it ain't connecting /uploading after a while, hold d power button for 10 secs and pray hard

I used a colleagues battery which then powered it........then did the back up.

I received this os as well and I did the update immediately without any wifi wahala, then after updating it, all the features are still the same, no changes jare

Did d update and my no p @ my end...I noticed dat my digital clock font is now thicker and there's is an upgrade for whatsapp bt d bottom line is...no much diff...u don't expect an upgrade of 31mb to change your phone much.Do u?
