the ones you referred to as old contact...are they on the phone or the sim? whichever is the case, you can move those contacts to the webmail contact list from your phone

MTN and ETISALAT BIS doesnt work on BB10 devices...those two companies have deliberately blocked BB10 devices from accessing their BIS services to force you to buy expensive data like the android and iphone users

Itune nigeria is different from Itune usa so b sure ur itune is itune usa and ur server is usa. U can try New Zealand or Australia too cos any apple product or update starts frm these countries
