I had issues like that when I was on a leaked OS. Ill suggest you do a hard reset and try again. If you have SD card in your phone, remove, reset and try again.

a Q5 sire. My app world doesn't open....since a pal helped me install OS 10.2.0.**** that's why I'm desperate to update the phone with the official one. I tried opening a page on my browser whilst connected to the hotspot, it never opened. The phone was on mtn bis with simple server...because my glo won't work on it (unchanged imei).

mtn BIS only works on BB devices that run the old OS...OS7.1 and below...MTN BIS doesnt work on androids and BB10 devices

lol...there's nothing awkward about it...maybe development don reach akute and glo has just upgraded the base station around you

Do a hard reset and see if it fixes the issue

Nay! You got me wrong....I'm saying I couldn't use the data on my glo sim on the Samsung phone I connected to because it's imei wasn't changed...it only uses MTN bis on simple server. I reckon that was why I couldn't download anything.

I hate the Os on my phone so much I couldn't wait until monday...so, I went to CV to update...the first guy installed a leaked 10.3...I started the phone, it shows BlackBerry for close to a minute and went dim...(didn't load). he flashed it and install a 10.2.0....i left him, went to someplace else....the guy showed me 10.3 (leaked, I suppose) he just installed to a similar BlackBerry as mine...it was so sweet et techy I told him I want it....he did...I started the phone, showed BlackBerry like before but went dim...he said some q5 do that way when. updated (he gave no technical reasons) ....i had to go back to the former guy and re-ported the 10.2....I'm so mad at the phone right now. pls, is it true bout certain Q5s? And what could be done, Pls? I really need that 10.3.1...bleeping techy!

I get H signal when am in VI , 3G in ikeja, H in akute seems awkward.

BTW, Mr Chen and his crew should release this 10.3 update. It's taking way too long haba.

ain't nothing as such for a bb10....it is called; BlackBerry Link.... just type BlackBerry link for Os 10 in Google.

But some blackberry phones have non removable batteries if yours is such as these; then hold your up and down volume keys till the screen goes dark and release the buttons only when you see the loading image.
