you can only use xender btw an android and bb10. Let the andriod create connection first, then turn on your wifi, your wifi will detect the android by seeing some strange alphabeth like dis ADWYYY..... CLICK on it to connect then turn on your xender, click on join connection. I hope dis helps

Note: I hav 2 ba3,a new nd old 1 bt it's d same on both,ba3 drains faster even wen I turn off d network,tested on 3 BlackBerry chargers,drains a 13000maH PB nd d ba3 won't b full still...I noticed dis afta my OS crashed nd som1 reloaded it 4 me...am really fed up nd it's makin me hate d fone

ha terrible OS problem . the charger is prolly not helping matters if it doesn't have an output of 5V 2.1A

Do you have a pc (desktop or laptop)?
Do you have steady Internet connection?

If your answer to the questions above is yes, pls download BlackBerry link on the pc from BlackBerry.com and install on the pc. Connect the device to the pc via USB cable and use the BlackBerry link to reload your OS on the device

If you're in lagos, then visit the blackberry nigeria office. That's your best option. They should be able to guide you on how best to resolve this type of problem

All data packages on all networks can work on BlackBerry 10 devices there are only two exceptions I know of...MTN and Etisalat BIS where the network providers have deliberately blocked the use of that package on BlackBerry 10 devices

Download the android version and install. however from your saying that operamini refuses to install shows that you are using an old os. try updating to 10.3

Have u considered maybe your battery was swapped where u went to load the os? find someone using Q10 and swap batteries to see if u still ve the same result.

Gudevng fam... just got dis BlackBerry z10 from fine brothers in enugu n tried updating d os using my school's wifi connection today..I actually started downloading the new os on Saturday but Cudnt complete it so I paused it and continued today but after I finished downloading and installing instead of restarting as it shud...it rather showed dat Dere is a new update n my friend who was with d fone at dat time started to download it again...now I noticed dat dis new one has a size of 1.5gb as against 1.2gb dat was in d previous one dat I downloaded.....both of them are 10.3 though...my question now is....is this normal....shud I continue to download dis 1.5gb os tomorrow...pls I need replies urgently.
