I thought i gave you some tips to solve your camera issues. Its most likely not a hardware issue, so stop wasting money on repairs. I experienced this once, i went the long route and got it solved, which i mentioned too. This is what i did, i downgraded to 10.1, did a wipe and installed 10.2.4, then i let it update OTA to the latest OS at that time, after which camera started working.
Some other tips which reportedly worked for others was to flash a different camera bar file, remove and check the memory card for errors and start camera without the memory card, full security wipe, and doing a hard reset several times.

Someone should Pls help me. I just upgraded my Q10 to 10.3.0.908(I lost all my apps when I did), after which I downloaded some apps but when I re boot the phone I lost all the apps and the fone was as if I wiped it. What should I do to avoid it from happening again?
