Hello Walcom and all gurus in here, I find it hard connecting my Z30 to a wifi hotspot. It's either it's 'acquiring IP' till thy kindom come or it is connected and not browsing.

This doesnt happen before now though!
please, i need an answer asap

It looks fine when I attached but not as that here.

Anytime the phone go on hybernate when I'm not pressing it,it will resize itself immediately when I press it or when I'm about to navigate to any application on the phone

I think I stumbled on my “Magnify Mode” is turned on


I decided To turn it off, by go to Settings> Accessibility> and turn off Magnify Mode.

And that solve the probem .

Try another Z10 battery in the phone, if it still gets stock @ 100%, you will have to reload the OS. Hope you have been making back up....

BlackBerry has finally started releasing the latest OS update for all BlackBerry 10 smartphones in India! The following version is now available on Airtel and Aircel and will follow to release on other carriers soon.
