I switched off my phone...and switches on again. The problem disappeared. Have you tried that?

Yes. I have tried that and it works.... but I can't keep switching my phone on and off when it can happen more than 10 times in a day. The worst is if you have to do something immediately and you have to wait for rebooting and all that

From what i have discovered, the blackberry 1K for 3G only works on legacy blackberry devices. You can dial *141# for data plans that can be used on the BB10 devices. More so, you can contact Airtel online representatives. Follow @airtel_care on twitter or post to Airtel Nigeria on facebook for assistance.

Bro, my z10 keeps tripping off on its own. I get it charged to 100% and when it gets to 70- 80% it goes off. I tried updating to the latest OS and even running a fresh autoloader to no avail. I will very much appreciate your help.

It keeps telling me ''unable to establish a wireless data connection with current internet APN. APN activation failure. Please reset the APN'' I have called glo cc but not reachable, please what do i do? Anyone knows how i can manually reset the APN? Thanks in advance.

well...For me....the bat seem to stay longer I guess cos of the bat3 saving mode......I dont charge d way I do before....for apps....I guess to open more apps...unlike before dat u can only open four at a time......the camera features too..... for wallpaper....u can set 3 diff pics for home screen...lock screen...and screen saver.......

Go to Network and Connections, then to mobile settings, you'll see apn button below, click on it and delete the apn you see there, then type in " blackberry.net" and save. That's how you do it manually. Restart your phone and hopefully it comes back.
It's also network problems from glo.

for those dat want to use, BlackBerry complete, i.e 1000 naira for 3gb on airtel, I wont advice u to use it, it might work for some pple, but, u wnt enjoy it. u may nt b able to use some app, and a day might come, it wil just stop browsing. use 1500 for 3gb and if u ar scared of been double charged as claimed by some customers, go for d android bundle

who noticed that glo 1k for 3gb burns more than before. I would not even download like before I will get sms that my data is almost exhausted.

Hopefully someone here could be of immense help; I recently had my Z10 OS upgraded to the latest software because it was turning off at will, my qualm now is that the technician told me he can't backup my data except it's transferred to an M-stick which we did, sadly my contacts were lost cos he claimed it couldn't be backed-up and although I previously enabled BlackBerry Protect yet I still can't track my contacts. Is it possible that the technicians claim was correct, also is BlackBerry Protect useless in this circumstance? Your sustained and trusted opinion will be appreciated greatly.

Q5 only has 8gb internal storage with about 6gb usable out of the box. To upgrade OTA you need at least 4gb unhindered space which is impossible once u start installing apps

Your option is to use a pc with BlackBerry link for the update

Unless you specifically switched off th option, all phone numbers you have ever saved to your z10 are in the contacts for your email address that you had configured on the phone
