please gurus I need ur help, my bbz30 keeps switching from speaker to earpiece and earpiece to speaker in quick succession even though I haven't plugged in an earpiece.
wen I try to listen to music or watch videos with the speaker, it keeps changing from speaker to
headphone mode. I have done all I know to do all to no
avail. Also during a call I tried changing it to speakerphone
and headset mode but neither worked and it just kept trying to go back to headphone. When I try to make a call, or play music I hear the headphones being plugged in and unplugged
over and over again,
please what should I do, thanks

I saw your post and i'v never heard of something like this before. Been trying to understand why it happens.
Have you tried a different headphones on your device?
I think it could be a hardware problem, probably you should get the port for headphone that's on the Z30 checked..

Used.. btw 20-30k.

Depends on whoever is selling anyway.

My z3 only charges when my phone is switched off. I have tried different chargers but still have the same issues.
Can somebody help?

To q30 users...

Please what the battery duration when you subject a fully charged bb q30 device to heavy gaming, downloads and browsing from 100% till the battery insignia turns red?
I ask cos mine doesn't seem to last more than 3 to 4 hrs.

Also, is there any app that's helpful in determining a z30's battery's health status?

I'll really appreciate helpful replies from either past or present owners of a z30... I'm not really inclined to believe reviews from phone sites and the like dem.

Are you sure you have a BlackBerry? I ask because there are China BlackBerrys and I know people have fallen into the trap buying them

If your device is a genuine BlackBerry, bbm will work with any data plan in fact, you have to make a conscious effort to prevent bbm from working

Do you have a data plan? Hope you're not using any of the funny restricted data plans from the networks?

You can use Airtel bis and glo bis plan....the plans that have no restrictions...airtel BlackBerry unlimited and glo comonth plans are two examples of cheap data plans for BlackBerry 10 devices

I use a Glo Data plan the 3Gig for 1k now 1,400 and I can browse and watsapp even at this moment how come I can't ping?
