PLS HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO GET MY PHONE FIXED? I mistakenly slept on my blackberry Z3 and since then it's been acting funny, the *swipe up to wake* is not working again i have to use the power button to wake the phone.

Also, the phone dont respond to touch most times, it hangs, i can make call but cant end it, sometimes i can swipe it to recieve call, today it will work perfectly tomorrow it will start again...

Pls Is it a calibration problem or another thing?? Though the screen of the phone is still intact but it does not respond to touch most times.

Have you checked your settings? Sleeping on your phone could have altered all sorts o settings on the phone

Battery charging signs means the battery is drained and needs to charge for a while for it to power the device

Verizon and Sprint are CDMA networks!!! The phones can be found unlocked but the performance on GSM networks cannot be guaranteed

If the Z10 is password locked, only a wipe can remove the password. If unfortunately OS 10.3.2 has been installed on the device before you wipe, the device must be released by the person who has the BBID currently associated with the device before another person can use it. A simple wipe won't work

Try using another classic battery to start up, you could be experiencing bad battery...

Has it been diagnosed that it's the panel having the problem? if not, try another battery on it to see how the device performs...

I'm using Blackberry Bold5 and the phone is working perfectly but the problem now is that i can't
download any app from BBWorld.
The issue started this evening when am trying to
download facebook messenger on the BBWorld and
it keeps displaying "your device does not have
enough space to complete the download. To
continue downloading, delete the languages that you do not use or delete an item from my World". I
followed the instruction but I couldn't get it.
My dear engineers in house, pls ur help is needed
here, How can i sort this out?

Have you checked the memory size you have left on phone memory? Try moving pics and mp3/mp4 files If they're on phone memory to your SD card...
