Go to settings, under the option soft update, cclick on check for updates, it will check if your phone is up to date, if not it will ask if it can download over cellular data and the show you the size of the upgrade. Just use a fast network, the size is usually in gigabytes

Pls help, I keep trying to install Google Play Services on ma Z10 runnin software version 10.3.2.2836 coz some games and apps (from Play Store) said they won't jst run without dat Google Play Service.

Even after downloading it n trying to install it, it wud simply quit at abt 99% of d installation claiming "app cannot be installed"

I dropped glo for airtel.
Even with EDGE on airtel, I do normal surfing

Yeah, you can't install the update OTA.

Get a pc with decently fast Internet access and install BlackBerry link. You should be able to update the OS using BlackBerry link

Clear notifications? do you mean you want to purge the Hub of all messages from all the connected services you have...email, social media, text, call logs etc?

If you want to use any proxy android app on your BlackBerry 10... it's quite easy... even FACEBOOK
All you have to do is goto a site that uploads apks... and download the oldest version (yeah unless your device is 10.3 upwards then the android version is more enhanced)


Like I have the current version of instagram on my 10.2 but it always crashes... then I did download a very old one... works perfect.... same as Facebook... downloaded an old ask of it... and it's working... even messenger...

I'm using the new version of operamini nd it works w/o any hiccups.. upgrade ur phone's Os.. it's BTW 1k n 2k at slot. U can alos do d upgrade urself

The opera you're trying to install (the pic u uploaded) is an old version try the new one.. download operamini frm apk4fun.com or apkmirror if u don't have playstore installed on ur bb10

Pls my Q10 always go Hot and the battery runs low whenever am browsing what can be done to stop this reoccurring issue. should I get a new battery or upgrade the OS. I still use 10.2.1? pls guys

if you're in the main BB Hub where everything is aggregated, you'll see the option to mark all previous as read BUT if you go into the individual sub-Hub for the connected services, some do not give you that option
