Dis is what I hate in my life and dis is what is affecting Nigeria. 'dem say', 'dey talk say'. Have u used it b4? Why listening to what pple are saying? See... Q5 is a non-removable battery, so to me.. I no like fone wey I no fit remove d battery @all. i'v used Z10 and it doesn't give me any problem and am currently on Q10 but wish to sell it shaa cuz I wanna migrat to Z30

PLEASE, I NEED URGENT HELP. I bought my Z10 from Konga, three weeks ago. it came with 10.2.1.2102 and the network pushed the latest version for me and I upgraded it successfully. Since then, my phone has refused to charge through direct charging again. It ll be indicating charging but won't accept charges. If I use desktop, it runs down the battery within 30 minutes and it's very hot. The repairer downgraded it to 2 OSs and it's still the same. He said the OSs cant work with it. PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO? Thanks for your responses.

Yes I understand your predicament. I was suffering the same fate, which I learnt was possibly due to the fact that my Internet wasn't fast. I think if you have 2500 to spare you can subscribe for the mtn night plan...

If you check for updates with a fast Internet via blackberry link, you will see the latest update. The rest is self explanatory

return it now. my z10 had the same issue STL100-3. it started heating up too and took way longer to charge abt 5 hrs and 3hrs to die on heavy use, was using a leaked OS 10.2.0.1880 as at last june

the problem is the os that you are running. Move ur pics to ur mc download contact imex from BlackBerry world and use it to back up ur contacts. After that wipe ur phone and then upgrade ur os to the latest 10.2.1.2977 and u are good to go
