Living the life you believe-in is as easy as shitting what you've eaten. But realistically many don't live the life they believe-in.
If you can link why your shit is green to that vegetable you've eaten then you should be able to link why your life is the way it is to what you believe-in.
The problem however isn't in eating or shitting, it is in not knowing what you've eaten... people do not know what they believe in so even if they do not like what they're shitting they still do not know how to change it from what they're eating. This is easy... you don't like how you're living and can't change it because you don't know what you believe-in.

I know it is a little engaging to tell exactly what you've eaten that made your shit watery for example but if you take careful note of every ingredient that made your meal... little ingredients like;
• Why you believe it is cool despite the fact that you sweat and smell in your dark suit under the heat of the sun in the tropics
• Why you believe growing big belly as a man is a sign of good living
• Why you believe looking like Beyonce is what it means to be sexy
• Why you believe freedom is flying your polo, talking and acting dirty

...and major ingredient like
• Why you believe your business crumbled because you didn't pay tithe
• Why you believe you're going through misfortune because your parents have secretes to hide
• Why you believe there's a spiritual spell to virginity
• Why you believe in gender equality
• Or why you believe you're a 'servant' and not a 'son'

So, take the bold but simple step; change what you believe if you want to change how you live...
