SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korea warned foreigners in South Korea on Tuesday to quit the country because they were at risk in the event of conflict, the latest threat of war from Pyongyang.
Soaring tensions on the peninsula have been fuelled by North Korean anger over the imposition of U.N. sanctions after its last nuclear arms test in February, creating one of the worst crises since the end of the Korean War in 1953
.
"We do not wish harm on foreigners in South Korea should there be a war," said the KCNA news agency, citing its Korea Asia-Pacific Peace Committee.

Last week Pyongyang advised embassies there to consider pulling out in case of war. Earlier on Tuesday, North Korean laborers failed to turn up for work at a factory complex operated with South Korea, effectively shutting down the last major symbol of cooperation between the hostile neighbors.

Few embassies in Seoul have advised their citizens to quit. The United States, which has also been threatened by Pyongyang, has said there were no imminent signs of threats to American citizens.

Pyongyang shown no sign of preparing its 1.2 million-strong army for war, indicating the threats could be partly intended for domestic purposes to bolster Kim jong-un, 30, the third in his family to lead the reclusive country.

South Korea's president said she was disappointed at North Korea's decision to halt operations at the Kaesong industrial park, which generates $2 billion in trade for the impoverished state.
News of the Kaesong closure diverted attention from speculation that the North was about to launch some sort of provocative act this week -- perhaps a missile launch or new nuclear test. However, residents of Seoul carried on with daily activities with no trace of anxiety.

I remember its written that God won't destroy Ϯh℮ earth with water anymore but with fire. People maybe expecting fire to fall from heaven not knowing it could be Nuclear bombs falling from Ϯh℮ sky. Its also said that he who Ϯh℮ Gods want to destroy they first make MAD. Ϯh℮ world is about to be destroyed because of actions/inactions (MADNESS)of a little spoilt brat and world powers.

What is the end game that Kimmy wants anyways?

It is rather funny that the country that has the least amount of nuclear weapons of all nuclear arms bearers is the country making the most noise about war.
If the war begins, it is going to be a nuclear one, no ifs or maybes about it. Nuclear weaponry will definitely be made use of by warring factions. North Korea's neighbours; Russia and China, have more than ten times the number of nuclear arms that Nkorea possess yet they are not clamouring for war.

It would have been really sweet if a nuclear war is fought to obliterate Norea and the noisemaking Kim jung un from the face of the planet but a war with Nkorea would most likely make the US the most economically dominant country (by virtue of the impact it would have on china) and this is something the US secretly craves so I would rather there wasn't any war at all. Let the peace talks continue.
Let China's economy continue to stabilize and overshadow that of the US.

What do we no about north Korea? Why aren't they allowed to thrive but continued to be isolated amid sanctions upon sanctions for daring to protect their homeland the same ways the so-called "free" world; big powers in the west protect theirs with nuclear armaments?

Why are they not allowed to do business freely and continued to be a subject of ridiculous propaganda and evil portrayal even though they do not show hostility to other nations but under constant provocations?

To me north Korea is right to stand up to all these threats and show of bravery. They have shown their firmness in the fifties and still go on to became what they are today that even with a toddler at the helm, the country can still cause jittery and premonition across that part of the world because they stick with the tide of prudent policy of home protection first and growing through deterrence.

North Korea is only 'causing jitters' because their neighbouring countries are world powers that would be severly devasted if a nuclear war was to begin so they always advocate peace whenever that spoiled brat comes out to threaten fire and brimestone.
