Richest Countries In Africa According To Their GDP Only by Nigerianschools: 11:42pm On Apr 09, 2013 |
There has been lots of controversies ever since I posted this article 'Richest Countries in Africa According to their GDP'. Insulting words of all kinds have been used by some while others have just criticized both me and the Nigerian government. Some were like 'WTH' is a war wrecked country like Equitorial Guinea doing on top of that list. The thing is that some people just don't read and when they do read they don't understand. So for those wanting badly for Nigeria to be on a list, here's the list of the 'Richest Countries in Africa According to their GDP (Gross Domestic Product) only: 1. South Africa GDP: $408.24 billion 2. Nigeria GDP: $238.92 billion 3. Egypt GDP: $229.5 billion 4. Algeria GDP: $188.7 billion 5. Angola GDP: $104.3 billion 6. Morocco GDP: $100.2 billion 7. Sudan GDP: $55.1 billion 8. Tunisia GDP: $45.86 billion 9. Ghana GDP: $39.2 billion 10. Libya GDP: $36.87 billion As you can see the top five countries in the formal list are no where to be found here. Confused? Guess you should have paid more attention to your Economics teacher. For those that are still not satisfied and would like to see Nigeria on more lists, like someone said "Check the list of the most corrupt nations". Should probably come up with that list too Source- http://nigerianschoolsonline.com.ng/index.php/blog/society-lifestyle/469-richest-countries-in-africa-according-to-their-gdp-only |
