Since they've deducted from your account it's better you call their technical unit and supply them with your transaction reference so that they can send the pin to you or mail them again and include your transaction reference to it.

Use visa card, firstly go to ATM machine insert your card press the change pin then press change i-pin and then key-in the new 4 pin different from your normal ATM PIN.
Go to the site again click on buy voucher select visa naira card key-in the ATM Card no, expiry date and vv2 no. Which is behind the card click buy then enter the i-pin. That's all.
