After one has been selected for for Diversity Visa Lottery, can the person add the name of his newly born baby? For example, you and your wife applied when your wife was pregnant in October and three months later, she delivered. If selected, can you include the newly born baby on the list?

Yes you Can add the child, but you are going to need the baby's photographs and the mama's pregnancy photos too during interview.
