OOOOHHH GOD, Am so sad, it was last Wednesday at Mbiama, It caused alot of go slow on that bridge. I was comming from an official assignment in Abraka. I could remember this SUV overtake us in Ugheli. I got down at the scene to take picture with my ipad, the divers and the dredgers were still trying to pull the vehicle out with a rope tied on a tippa to pull it out.I couldn't wait longer as the mopol that escorted me and the driver were beckoning on me that we should start going. We were all praying that no life should be lost but what can they do ? the emergency response time was poor, no NEMA guys on ground, no serious technique or tools to bring them out on time. It was even more than 45min b4 they could get a rope, locate the vehicle inside the water and then tied it up. RIP RIP. We give God the Glory in All things
