1. Using cap to send message means you are shouting at the top of your voice. Don't use cap letters,so you don;t scare us out.

2. On this thread,we preach following laid down rules and regulations. If the rules says you cannot send transcripts by yourself for the purpose of ECA,please do not attempt to do so and nobody here will support such.

3. Don't "save cost" by doing what is inappropriate. You will end up spending more because you'd be found out and your application will not be processed until you follow the right procedure.

4. You,as the applicant,can only send your degree certificate(s). The educational institution you attended is obliged to send your transcripts directly to the assessment body. Do no do anything otherwise.

It is not all provinces that require having a job offer or being nominated by a relative. You can try out Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia provinces.

You can send a CSE to your local visa office to notify them and they will tell you what you need to do to add your cutie baby to your application .
A CSE is Case Specific Enquiry, a means by which you can reach CIO or the VOs with a specific enquiry as per your application. You can use this link the link below to notify Accra visa office and they will tell you what to do.

You don't have to have another GC Key?You can do everything within the same GC Key. Withdraw the first profile and create a new one ( if you created one already).

If you opened up a profile on job bank without job seeker validation key,it means your EE profile is not active and therefore not in the pool. Am I missing something here?

Why are you reapplying?Why do you need a different GC Key?

I not only created an EE profile, I input all the details and submitted, then I got a message that I'm ineligible and a pdf format of the same message appeared on my profile, saying ineligible. I tried to see if I could change some of the details I inputed earlier using the same GC Key, to see if my status will change to eligible but, the system wouldn't allow it. So, I wanna know if I will have to create another gckey and create another account. Thanks for your response so far

Goodmorning @Solomonwis, thanks for your insight on this forum. I have just been informed that my school has sent my transcript to WES. A friend of mine there that facilitated the transcript also included a photocopy of my certificate. Should my I still mail a copy of my certificate to WES?
I have also written my IELTS on the 29th of January and I am awaiting my result.

That is exactly what i did and i didn't have any issues with WES. There is no need to mail a copy of your certificate since it has been included in the transcript package your school sent to WES.

I applied for the federal skill immigration programme since November 2014 before the new programm; express entry. up till now i have not got any response from the immigration office neither has my application fee $550 has been deducted from my acct. Its almost 3 months now and this has got me worried. Does it take so long before one gets response? I will like some clarification if anyone had experienced this.
