Well, I fink diff partner 2 his own way of interviewing buh 4 mine, I first wrote a 10min essay on wat audit is abt n y I fink m a good fit 4 d role, den e askd abt my family background, y audit, y kpmg, den e askd sum questions abt my course, den e askd me 2 talk abt boko haram n deir effect on d nigerian economy, lastly e askd abt d oda firms av applied to....dats all, my interview lasted 4 lyk 30mins buh sum peepz own was nt even up to 15mins n dey dint even write essay dts y I said dey all av diff ways of interviewing....

Mzspread: Congrats y'all...to God be d glory. The major tin u need to knw at d assesment center is dat u av to be ur self. Its usually in 3stages. U wil b divided into groups, atleast 8 in a group. The first stage is the assessment whr ur group wil b given a task to undertake. Its usually in front of abt 4 observers who wil b watching u and be scoring u. In most cases,u mite not get d ans but dey just wna knw how active u are and wat skill u possess eida leadership skill or a good team player. Make sure u are active and participating,make sure u are talkn. The next stage is gmat questions majorly diagrammatic questions 70 questions in all. Go study ur patterns in gmat. The next stage is d interview stage whr u wil b asked abt urself and y u wna work for dem. Altho my own questions whr majorly my project work in sch and I was able to tell dem in details. So try go over ur sch project bfor goin. So I hope my expalnations are quite helpful. Goodluck in ur endeavours.

Ac is in 3 stages if u cud go thru d thread u wud get more info. There would b a critical reasoning exercise errytn on it would be on shapes,if u post ur Email I cud send some practice questions to enable you have an idea. The one on one exercise is an interview,jst b confident, give a firm smile and make sure you give reasonable answers on questions asked. Why KPMG, tell us about urself and all. The next would be grp exercise, contribute meaningfully, be a good team player, don't be rude. Jst be urself all thru, u wud b fine. Wish I d best.

three stages
stage one : getting to know you. just tell dem ur name, school, state of origin, discipline, interest, and skills. two minutes tops(my advice). answer as succintly as u can any oda question u are asked. dnt waste dia time.
stage two: group case. u will be given an hypothetical case to review, analyse and provide solutions to. in fifteen minutes. den one of u will present in 5 minutes.
ds stage is a bit tricky. converse among ur group member b4 u are called. preselect ur group leader b4 entering. u may look at d followin xtics
discipline ( accounting or related course)
spoken english
dressing
confidence
note: dnt compete negatively i.e dnt take ur group members as ur competitors
speak out, contribute reasonably(dnt talk for talking sake) and be willin to hear ur colleagues opinion. etc try to be active
stage three: individual presentation in five minutes
topics: contemporary issues like insurgency, same sex marriage, unemployment etc. just give ur oponion for or against in 5 mimutes.
my advice: say something sensible in three minutes and stop talkin. chances are u will start blabbing after dt time especially if its a topic u knw little about. maintain eye contact and smile a bit.
most importantly, be well dressed
comb ur hair, get a good suit, use perfume moderately, where a plain or striped shirt( max of two colors) same for d tie. good shoes etc
ur appearance matters a lot
overall, be calm, u cant lose wat u dnt av in d first place.

wrote the test on april 15 and went for PI on july 1. What stage are you in.
