nope, just once.. rather than wait for mails from them, check your status regularly, I didn't get a regret mail though... I remember I was asked to change password earlier, weeks later I logged on and found I was unsuccessful...

what is happening here, why has shell stopped calling people alot of applications are still under review, what is going to happen to those people

I can categorically tell you that som folks have resumed. Both in Lag&Ph-bout 30-40. Resumption was for most, September/October. Now my opinion: It is then POSSIBLE that those already in the recruitment process who their status is NOT unsuccessfull after Dec'13 endin, will be contacted. Don't hope for anything in this yr from Shell Nigeria anymo' till next yr[Feb/Mar]- Fact. And all this is still not puttin into perspective the current widely published issues between IOCs & FGN. Enjoy the festive period, cheers.

Maybe you are not entirely right. I know folks that are having their medicals this week

@Samdson, I do not know of anyone havin medicals this week, and please don't ask how............notwithstanding if there are [], do you think my message will apply to them? Won't they've had their SRD some one/two months back? My facts & opinions were clearly differentiated.

I believe the application should closed by 31st December, just checked the site but it says closed for the moment. I hope they will reopen it later.

Can anyone please confirm if SRD schedules are still on for this December, my status has been on pending final assessment since God knows wen, no SRD date up till now. I don contact scheduling coordinator always getting same response that they are searching for available dates, my fear is dat December is d deadline does it mean SRD also ends same time? And also are there any other house members with similar pending final assessment status here, let's rub mind . pls your candid feedback is appreciated

Mine just changed to completed interview (had my interview in september). So you see, I am even more worried than you are.

Word is that there is no more SRD for the year. Only Shell will decide what will happen to those that still have their status under review.

Please my dear Nlanders,what is the fate of someone who couldn't do the second test due to network palava! The second test was jeopadize by network and after a complaint email no reply till now! Each time the link for the second test is clicked on, you will see something like " thank you or Error ........". What do I do?

Let me start by saying that God is indeed faithful. His timing might not follow our expectations, but HE is always right on time.

I applied for the 2013 Shell Recruitment in May, and after daunting months of Application under review, I had my phone interview in October.
My SRD was in early November. As I write this, I have just been given my offer letter.

For the records, let me say that Shell's recruitment process still has a high level of merit about it. Meritocracy is never being compromised by nepotism or 'the Nigerian factor.' Shell truly gives everyone a level playing field to show what they are made of. I say this without mincing words because I am a living testimony.

I hope my testimony inspires someone. And please, never give in at any point in your job search. It is difficult to deny the man whose determination is unflinching.

sam, after you don use style confuse guys, now u have your offer, congrats @least u are the first to come here with a success story. So now that u have your offer, give us info from after your SRD, where u did your SRD, what your status changed to after SRD, period u had your medicals after SRD exact date not necessary, status up till offer was doled out to you, what position u recieved offer for, guess u r resuming jan 6th abi, dont ask how i know...Guy congrats once again......

guy shell doesnt consider MSc or your certifications jare, am of the opinion sam might not even have MSc(stand to be corrected though if im wrong), i believe its all about your CAR and how well u can demonstrate these skills....chikena, so sam the ball is in your court do respond
