I used to have it a lot before too. Its usually caused by physical inactivity or staying in one place/indoors for long. If u go out, engage in some tasks or or take a walk, it'll clear

l suspect you're over exposed to cold conditions. lf you observe that your situation is more acute during rainy season then it maybe your house or office is too damp and cold. l know of a lady with similar problem. After interviewing her l discovered she was living in a house where dampness is a serious issue. She and her husband are now planning to leave the house, their own property, for the sake of their health. Check if you'll need to change accommodation too. Good luck.

@op, if ur catarrh is chronic as u describd i think its likely of these: a weakend immune system (deficiency of IgA), allergy(to whatever-cold, dust, formites, pollen etc), nasal irritatn, nasal polyps or idiopathic. I think you shld seek out an ENT specialist for assessement, u may nid a test to confirm what exactly is d cause. I'd rather you go to a teaching hospital -gwagwalada or national
