It make one lie down in despair
It destroys the soul

I will fear no more

It prepare me to face the of the society
It help me to face the challenges of the
society
It help me keep my head focused my cup of
love, care
And suppport will overflow
Surely good diet, exercise and prayers shall
keep me healthy
