LEADWAY PENSURE, one of the pension fund administrators is recruiting. Please find details below:

We are a fast growing organisation with specialization in Pension Fund Administration. Due to
our rapid expansion, we are seeking smart, intelligent and dedicated individuals to join our team
Location: Lagos
ROLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE To ensure customers’ satisfaction and compliance with statutory contribution
Responsibilities:
 Establishing and maintaining of database of customers and their employers
 Ensuring the escalation and positive resolution of any customer complaints
 Handling queries from internal and external customers
 Escalating of unresolved queries and enquiries to appropriate departments
 Giving feedback to customers through follow up calls and mails
 Coordinating activities within the unit to ensure customer satisfaction
 Responding to letters directed to the department by customers or employers
Ensure follow up of unresolved complaints to its resolution
 Generate report of activities
 Ensuring prompt response and resolution by customer service reps to all queries whether received by telephone, email or in person
 Maintain critical relationship with customers
 Recommend process improvements
REQUIREMENTS
 B. Sc/HND in any Social Science, Management Science. .
 Minimum of 6 to 7 years cognate experience in Customer Service Department of any reputable organisation preferably a Financial Institution.
 Proficient in MS Office packages (specifically Excel),Power-point presentations
 Excellent time management
 Excellent People Management skills
 Good communication and writing skills
 Excellent problem solving & decision making skills
 Excellent Analytical skills
 Excellent Conflict Resolution Skills

To ensure customers’ satisfaction and compliance with statutory contribution
Responsibilities:
 Report generation on daily activities including call logs and reports
 Establishing and maintaining of database of customers and their employers in
the zone.
 Ensure timely response to queries
 Timely escalation of unresolved queries to HQ/appropriate quarters
 Provide adequate and useful feedback to customers
 Follow-up on employers for contribution schedules
 Collate and timely dispatch of Contribution Schedules
 Generate the list of new customers immediately after the generation of welcome
packs
 Ensure immediate resolution of customers complaints
 Co-ordinate/ follow-up dispatch activities for delivery
 Strictly adherence to quality standards
 Preparation of daily visitation schedule for Sales
 Co-ordinate/ follow-up on visitation activities with sales
 Timely response to customers visitation request
 Giving feedback to customers through follow up calls and mails
 Recommend process improvements
