I think the site is nice. Viewed it on mobile, not bad.

1) http://www.yesresource.com/admin/ - why so many "buttons". Methinks the users are better served with 1 common login form and a dropdown of the very same options. Result? Page is not as long and users are happier as a result

2) http://www.yesresource.com/admin/ - why "admin" folder? This, IMHO, is red meat to would-be hackers. You could name it something else, though only you would know what it actually means.

3) On each sign in form, have a "not yet registered?" link beneath it. This will cut down on all those buttons, per #1 above

4) Why do I need to sign up to see the help pages?

I like the general concept. It's a little like a Yellow Pages for job hunting.

Aggregating the data might prove difficult, the site already seems difficult to navigate upon first glance. The user experience could be better.

But first attempts are always modest, congratulations.
