Good evening

Please, my laptop always refuses to wake up from sleep whenever I close the lid. it doesn't wake up from hibernation. The keyboard will be on, however the screen will refuse to come on. I have gone to Youtube and have tried various commands. I even changed the OS to windows 10 all to no avail. What could be the problem and can you resolve this? I always have to shut down completely manually by holding the power button and restarting the system through the same power button. Please HELP

This issue is caused by BIOS disfunction, an it can be corrected by replacing the faulty BIOS on your Laptop . yes it's fixable Can you bring it to our office ?

Your Laptop fault is either the screen or the signal cable. Can you bring it let's diagnose onize it for you?

I watched a movie on my laptop n left d earpiece on the board and slept off,by morning d screen was showing burnt and like a burnt background.
