I think the 1st factor you should consider is "passion"

Try doing something you have passion for!!!

If you dont have passion for a side biz and indulge into it, my dear, that biz will not last 9months.....

If you love doing laundries, you can setup a laundry biz with little capital (your major clients are you church members and neighbours and colleagues at your work place)

There are other things you can do but make sure you love doing those things
