I need your input on this issue. Should my cousin pursue her Masters programme from National Open University or UI Distance Learning?

She is a full time worker.

Since she resides and work in Oyo State, why doesnt she put in for a Part Time Programme instead of Distance Learning. It gives her a better edge if she takes up the former....

It seems University of Ibadan does not offer part-time programme for some courses.
