Hi Guyz, i need help with registering my Company.
It's a Technology Firm, that Specializes in ICT, Software and Web Design & Development Solutions.
Should i register it as an enterprise or as a Limited Company.
Which would be better.
What are the advantages and disadvantages if i register it as an enterprise or as a Limited.

Also i would like to know how much it will cost me to register the company,
and any other steps and requirements needed in registering a new Company.

I believe the place to register it is here in Alausa, Ikeja.
Please i would like to get advise from people who have registered their company before,
or perhaps people who were once in my shoes. Thank You.

I did mine in Abuja, a young pretty lawyer did it for me me.
Choose a unique name, If d name is available, register it as a limited company.
U will 60-80k

Yea, just give d money to a lawyer it covers everything.
Since u are in Lagos there are alot of good lawyers who are members of Nairaland that are based in Lagos.

Register it as a limited liability company. For that you need the following;
A unique name (and an alternative name incase the ist one is not available)

A valid I'd card

Minimum of 2 directors( you and one other trusted person)

The passport, id cards n signature of d directors.

Ofcourse you will decide on share capital, members of d company etc
