When i was younger, i used to see prison inmates come out and do some public works. It always seem there was a good rapport between them and their warden. Even those wardens dont carry firearms and they still dont run away. These days i hardly see such anymore. That necessitate my question. If they still do, is it within the prison walls. Or is it that they dont trust them not to escape anymore. Or simply not to bring them to the public because of the shame it might cause them
