Nollywood comedian,Babatunde Omidina popularly known as Baba Suwe has lost #25m compensation awarded to him over a prolonged detention by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency NDLEA last year.
The case presided over by a court of Appeal judge in Lagos today reaffirmed the right of the NDLEA to investigate,arrest,detain and prosecute drug suspects as long as the agency acts within the law.
Baba Suwe's attorney has vowed to take the matter to the supreme court.

I agree with u but sometimes we need to think like elite,they detain him for that period of time without concrete evidence and u said he has it in his possession.
