Inik: He deserves it. Aliko Dangote is the type of man we need as President. He is a man who creates wealth, creates jobs and invests in his country. Others are stealing money and stacking it in swiss bank accounts and Cayman island accounts. If he ever decides in future to contest for the post of President of Nigeria, i will campaign for him.so not interested. |

billante: Nigeria economy is booming, Capital market is almost at 2008 highest level, lots of investment are coming into the country in quantum, jobs are being created, lots of billionaires and millionaires are coming up everyday,......inflation single digit, foreign reserve 50 billion dollars, companies yearly results very impressive, how has any of what is happening affected your laptop sales and when did you become a propagandist? Nigeria is a democratic nation with mostly free market policies. These things are bound to happen even if a lizard is president. We get too carried away by emotions easily that being tactical and working with facts is just out of our reach. These are the things the pdp count on even acn and the rest to defeat the masses every election year. When will Nigerians stop being emotional and easily carried away to being unbiased and work with facts. If I may ask what exactly has Jonathan done to make this man richer or attract businesses to the country. I don't want any emotional talk just give me hard, tangible facts. Tell me what he has done not what he intends to do. Since beaf left, after an hiatus, I think I'm ready for an intellectual argument. No emotional talk, hard facts or back out. |

monopoly sweet o,imagine everybody in Nigeria buying a product from him everyday:sugar, salt, noodles, cement, rice and planned refinery meaning we are still going to buying fuel from him. I have a dream to catch up with him soonest. |

Deep Sight:we are running a democratic govt,so GEJ does not have all the time in the world or the absolute powers to loot at that scale. Maybe during the military regime, when men like abacha looted with impunity due to their unbridled power, but definitely not now. The looting in Nigeria is still significantly huge, but not up to the hosni mubarak level of absolute and unquestioned looting. |

musKeeto: Hope Nigeria wouldn't end up the way India once was.. A few extremely rich men, no middle class, lots of hustlers... We're there already. Most Nigerians are now hustlers, eking out a living in Lagos, Abuja and other major cities. The Oligarchs (Dangote, Adenuga) continue to pile up the billions, politicians stealing, few Oil workers/bankers creating the illusion of an emerging middle class... And the rest? well God help you if you don't have relatives in "obodo oyinbo" to send you money. Last year over $20 billion was remitted from abroad to Nigeria Tell you remittances is one reason we don't yet have a massive revolution. FACT |
