This is because Specuit Cargo (China) can't proceed without getting a confirmation that the seller can ship to Specuit Cargo (China). China's e-commerce is way different from that of USA, UAE and UK.

Opinions are appreciated. Notwithstanding that, our processing isn't slow. JuneDraza gave the go-ahead for purchase of his order from China yesterday and about 2/8 of the sellers have shipped already; 8/8 products have been purchased and just 1/8 products in his order is still going through payment verification by AliExpress. Gadafi101 paid on Friday and within 5 days, some of his products are available for pick up.

Specuit Cargo (China) is taking extra precaution for you. However, I'll ask the office to proceed without a confirmation but do note that if the seller fails to ship, you'll be stuck with a refund process which may last for 5-10 working days and you'd have to wait that long for cash back. The team will proceed within minutes of my typing this.
