The seller replied. She said it's an issue with logistics (USPS) and Specuit Cargo (USA) ought to receive the package this week but if that's not achieved, there'll be a refund from her end.

Please, for God's sake, what is going on with my items?

I told Maureen to return all my items to ur office and she said the delivery team will do that on Friday. The delivery team then sent me a mail that they will do that on saturday. In the afternoon on saturday, delivery team sent me a mail that my items have successfully been return to specuit cargo's office and I can pick up on monday and my balance, which was also stated there will be transferred to me today.

Iv sent a proxy to ur office for pick to pick up my items and he is telling me that u guys r saying that my items haven't arrived the office. He's been here for over 1hr just sitting there.

Why is all these happening? What have I done to you guys?

Please resolve this because all of these isn't fair.

Good morning.

We don't work weekends. Any pick up done during/within the weekend can only be accessed on Monday. The Delivery Team picked up your products but couldn't get them to the office because we don't work weekends. Your products are in the office now.

P.S: The proxy from IBL never waited in the office for an hour. The situation of things was explained to him and he decided to leave and come back.
