Our dear President eventually decided to denounce the 3rd Term Project after it had failed. At the PDP national executive committee meeting held yesterday he refuted allegations that he was behind the whole thing. He should tell that to the birds! When Anenih and the PDP chairman, Alli, were busy threatening members that did not support the project! I consider the President’s disclaimer as an after thought. He had a golden opportunity to come clean before now and during the last interview he granted CNN while in the US. Instead, he said that “there was no third term agenda on the table FOR NOW”. He told us that his god is not a god of abandoned project. I know my God did/does not support their activities. He kept silent when the issue was tearing the nation apart. It’s a complete shame that he decided to speak now. As far as I am concerned, his reputation has been tarnished like IBB’s. |
