Client has requested a Glass Bridge, a glass which we have already purchased and preparing to face the challenge involved in installing a solid glass Bridge.

Client has imported the glasses, tiles, windows and Glass Bridge (most finishing items). As a result, a figure cannot be reached at the moment, until we are through. But from foundation till plastering had already taken us 19m to archive.

This is the best, bar none, piece of architecture I've yet to see in this section.

Congratulations to all involved in creating this masterpiece and I hope it gets finished. We need to push the architectural envelope in Nigeria. Architects needs to stop rehashing and regurgitating the same tired designs and should embrace artisan architecture.

Here's the plan I purchased on eBay and modified to be built. It shares many design elements. Vast open living space, brings the outside in with an internal courtyard and uses expansive glass.

Good job once again and I hope to see the finished product.

#3: The tilers are gods, love the aluminum strips. I am now convinced that we have artisan men in Nigeria that can deliver quality.

May I ask what the scheme is to protect entry through the windows? Thankfully I'm not seeing the typical bars on the windows.

No plan for burglar bars in the house. It's in a well secured estate. With the house having a security guard. So owner didn't feel the need to put burglar bar. There is an alarm system installed in house.

BUILDING OUR AKWA-IBOM MANSION

I have been able to get Pictures now for our Akwa-Ibom 6 Bedroom Duplex. Sorry for the late pictures, Foundation and German Floor has been concluded and we are ready for Brick Works, this is as a result of my been away. However, plans have been made to ensure pictures are available regardless of me not be on site regularly.

In an attempt to awaken this thread, we shall follow Step by Step process for this Project here.
