It's a shame that it has become so bad that we have resorted to social media to be heard.

you caused the glut of immature staff , by promoting people in your division and in fincon more regularly than you should have. What you now have are older and more experienced staff with bosses that don't know the basic processes.

While other divisions were allowing their people mature on a level you were promoting corp bank and energy people every year. You now changed the rules when other divisions tried to get their own people up topar. Everyone was given a target , if you have donee well pls promote. You kept good staff that love this bank on the same level for 2,3,4,5 years?

Pay pittance as leave allowance, the leave allowance of an assistant mgr in first bank is 800,000.00. the salary is no where near the best, working conditions appalling . You have people in kaduna that have been making budget and have not been promoted, why?

You think you are doing people a favor by employing us?

You Indirectly insult your DMD for promoting someone that has passion for this bank( we know you are aware that it was not Wale that recommended Ndidi), insult Cathy becos of a DM (titi)whom you have still not promoted.

You don't like to take good counsel, instead you listen to someone that has no clue on how to make money Tola. What does Denike in legal do? Why is she a mgr when Soga is still a manager, is ERhi better than Soga? Is Denike better than Sarah?What does that GH in kaduna know that her colleague that has been making budget was not promoted?

Segun Fadahunsi in syscon?you might have as well just put a TO! Thats why we have been churning out ineffective and some times irresponsible policies. How can you put a man that has no knowledge of marketing?head of control? How is he to profer solutions to what he does not understand?

Ibukun and Deola - retail?do they know the market ?prcesses what TOs do?

You say people you refused to promote had small budgets that's why they made it!bring Femi, Abeiyuwa, Deola and co up north and down south and see if they ll make a dime!take all your performers to south south nd south east lets see!

Let's continue with Abuja, you have a pill popping DH in cbgabuja, who expected a woman that had just mis carried her child stay n and not go on leave because work must continue.
Please ask Emeka in Abuja the truth about all the bad loans in northcntrl given to cooperatives, he is the only one there that has the guts to talk.

You sacked Ibrahim Yusuf ? Did he not immediately reduce the balsheet by 2 billion?yet you think his replacement is better!who booked all the bad names?then went on to cripple the little CBS business in Abuja?

Please ask people in SS and SE whether they have options or not. Uncle T was like a God to us! We loved him and loved the bank so much.it is now just a source of daily bread.
