Buying land in developing eastern regions is the smartest way to go. Land at this point will only appreciate in Anambra especially. Your best bet is the commercial centers. You can sit on the land or build housing. The new teaching hospital is in need of staff and student housing, you should look into it. Also Onitsha is a great market for real estate especially if you can get some land around the new commercial center, for 2 million it won't be much though, but it will yield high returns guaranteed!

First of all, the money at hand cannot make u a dealer right away, but with time, you will become a Major Dealer.

Its a Step-by-Step process, first u become a Major retailer, raking in 200k - 300k profits monthly, before getting to d point where u emerge as a Dealer.

I am currently a retailer and have mapped out a 3-step process to get that dealership level.
