what kind of bread do you want to learn white or wheat?

Bread is so, so easy to make with a bread machine. For small-size white bread, put-in 1 cup water, 3tbsp skimmed milk, sugar to taste, 2 tbsp veg oil, 3cup regular flour and 3tsp yeast. The machine will knead & bake. In the absence of a bread machine, mix ingredients above in a bowl, pour onto a floured surface and knead, bake after the dough gets an elasticity consistency. But, do get a bread machine - bakes cake too - you'll be glad you did. Good luck smiley

@rednose.. Bake after kneading?? Hmm dats d first time im hearing dat. What about d first rise n in most cases 2nd n even 3rd rises. Seems u r used to bread machines.

abi, to even prove d yeast mixture! D result will be dense bread.

Rising was omitted in the procedure, salt too.
