The picture is basically explaining how one gets drunk. In other words, do not drink faster than your body can process, drink moderately.

I am so tired of this issue everytime.

They will tell you alcohol is not good for body I.E.(beer, palm wine, ogogoro, paraga, sugbalaja, osomo, dadubule,burukuru, alomo, gin, wine) etc.

They will also tell you that any drinks contain sugar is not good for health I.E. (soft drinks, maltina, juice, bobo, apple juice) etc.

AFTER DAILY ACTIVITIES WHICH DRINK CAN WE TAKE TO RELAX? OR CAN WE SIT DON DEY LOOK.
