Russian doctor caught on camera brutally beating defenceless heart patient who died soon after Shocking video footage has emerged showing a Russian doctor brutally beating a helpless heart patient as he lay strapped to a bed in intensive care. Andrey Votyakov was caught on camera punching the defenceless man across the face and in the chest following what appears to be an argument between the two.
