Upon seeing the topic, many Nairalanders may ask- ''What is the rationale for this question?'' because it would sound like a straightforward choice but its not that easy. I have offers-in-principle from the two banks and though I am still praying, I am not sure of which one to pick.

Diamond Bank has a very good brand and the pay is very good. On the hand,Wema Bank is an emerging brand from the 'ashes' of the 2009 'tsunami'-they recently increased their pay too.

I am aware that Diamond Bank's liability targets are higher than that of Wema Bank so the latter (Wema) might be a good place to cool down for some having worked in a high-pressure environment for nearly 7 years. But I am 'torn' between the two. DB is offering a slightly higher pay but the risk of being 'thrown out' if targets are not met within 6 months is 'said' to be high.WB seems like a place where modest achievement would be recognized

Which should I choose? Kindly offer your honest and frank opinions/assessments.
