I hereby confirm that the OP is 100% truth. I am a victim of this fraudster. He is a chronic liar. He never develop the property to agreement. He will do 50% then run away. Even his staff are fed up and many have resigned To facilitate the next phase of his fraud he will float another company. The public should beware of Felix Modebe and his numerous scam company e.g Century 21 REIT property developer High Rise Builder etc and the latest one: BEST AFRICA RESORT. |
